Founder and Principal
Behind the Design got its start when Eryn began working for a designer who within months saw her profitability grow and her designs shine. A year later Eryn founded Behind the Design when she began getting requests from designers for help.
Prior to founding Behind the Design, Eryn worked in financial services consulting, and municipal finance. Due to her love of design, her fascination with the design process and her ability to facilitate the multitude of details involved in successful design, she launched Behind the Design.
When Eryn is not working with her clients, she can be found on the tennis court, chasing unsuccessfully after her teenage children, or walking her constant companion, a King Charles Cavelier, named Otis.
